Self-Care: Why It's Not Selfish, But Essential for Your Well-Being



We all hear the term "self-care" thrown around a lot these days, but what does it truly mean? And more importantly, why is it so crucial for our overall well-being?

Self-care simply refers to the practice of taking deliberate actions to preserve and improve your physical and mental health. It's not about indulging in bubble baths and face masks (although those can be wonderful!), but about creating a sustainable routine that nourishes your mind, body, and soul.
